Clarity and quality in the services provided are at the base of all relationships with Clients and are also a symbol of the highest professionalism. PCA has therefore adopted the appropriate procedures in terms of conduct, transparency and disclosure.
Through the constant update and upgrade of the procedures applied within the structure of the company, PCA and its Quality Control Team is able to formulate corrective actions which allow for the improvement of insurance brokerage service programming and supply, along with the claim management expertise throughout all areas of the activities in which PCA is involved.
Through the use of highly disciplined procedures known to all of the Company, the entire activity, and therefore the entire service provided to the Client, undergoes constant monitoring both by the internal auditors who are responsible for executing control checks at each of the branches distributed throughout the territory, as well as by the external auditors (consultants and collaborators of Certification Institutes).
PCA obtained the ISO 9001:2000 Quality Management System Certificate from DNV (Cert 16336 – 2005 – AQ – TRI SINCERT)
