Third party liability insurance
The insurance contract for third party liability of a yacht covers the Insured’s liability towards third parties in case of death, bodily injury, or loss or damage caused to another vessel or craft and also subsequent to ownership, to the functioning and control of the insured craft.
The policy also covers the third parties who are transported.
Personal accident insurance
This policy insures the owner, the members of their family and the guests who are on board the craft against personal accident which give way to permanent invalidity or death.
