A loss or damage that strikes a company can result in negative consequences in their business, therefore a correct management of the event, from a insurance point of view, can make it easier to have a quicker recovery of the business itself.In order to ensure that the coverage provided for by the Insurer is made fully operative, and the quick receipt of the indemnification, it is fundamental that the Insured respect the contractual obligations in the correct way and in the least amount of time possible.
In light of this fact, PCA has created a centralized structure dedicated to the management of claims, which, thanks to a wealth of knowledge both in the insurance field and in the single activities of its Clients, aims at providing the maximum technical and legal assistance in order to allow them to obtain a fast and fair indemnification.
The search for a solution is our profession
- Once received the signalling of the event, the unit proceeds to carry out an in-depth analysis of the event and configures it within the insurance coverage of the client.
- The team provides support throughout the claims management process, through adequate insurance terminology, to a correct stylization of the declaration of the event which will be transmitted to the Insurers
- Working directly with the Insurers, the team aims at appointing the adjuster and/or lawyer necessary for the management of the file.
- In case of relevant claims due to gravity and/or sum, the team offers consultancy to the Client with regards to the nomination of their own adjuster, which can flank the fiduciary of the Insurance Company in occasion of technical controls.
- Assist Clients in order to gather all of the necessary documentation for the correct management of the claim
- Refer and update Clients throughout every phase of the negotiation and management of the claim
- Actively work with Insurers and their fiduciaries in order to obtain a quick and fair indemnification for the Client
